| Located Just 15 minutes west of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the heart of former Indian Territory, Meadowlake Ranch features over 1,000 acres of scenic rolling hills, spring-fed lakes, gentle open prairies and old growth forests. The main ranch is 350 acres w/ 700 acres of leased land nearby that we use primarily for hunting. |

* Cancellation or Postponement - If you must cancel your reservation (whether pre-paid or regular rate) for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund of amount paid if cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.*Activities - Certain restrictions may apply to activities based on guest’s age, physical size & ability, e.g., Trail rider weight limit is 250 lbs. Activities may be modified or cancelled due to inclement weather or Acts of God without refund. Not responsible for accidents, injury, theft or damage to personal property. Guests are required to sign a Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement before participation in activities. Main ranch is 350 acres, plus 700 leased acres nearby used primarily for hunting. Except for hunting, most activities will be on main ranch. |
