The Rock Wood Inn is nestled in Lenox, the heart of the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. Only a block from the town center and about a mile to Tanglewood. The Rookwood Inn's central location is 2.5 hours from NYC or Boston and 1 hour from the airports in Albany, NY or Hartford, CT.

* The Rookwood Inn is a smoke-free historic building. For guests who smoke, an ashtray is available on the front porch. Smoking in the Inn or guest room will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
* We take pleasure in welcoming well-behaved, supervised children of all ages to our inn.
* A deposit is required to secure a reservation. For stays of one night, full payment is expected at the time of the reservation. For stays of two nights or more, a 50% deposit is expected. For some holiday weekends, a 100% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Reservations made within the 30-day cancellation period must be paid in full. Call for special group rates and policies.
* We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club or Discover), checks, cash, travelers' checks.
* Check-in is 3 - 10 p.m.; Check out is by 11 a.m.
* If a reservation must be cancelled and it is done at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund 90% of the deposit.
* The Rookwood Inn has recently made two rooms dog friendly. |

The Rookwood Inn merges your needs with our service and facility to create a perfect strategic planning, brainstorming and/or training event. You bring the participants (up to 30), we do the rest from organizing your meeting place, planning your meals and breaks, to providing audio/visual equipment. If you are looking for a speaker from the area, we can arrange for one; plan a sightseeing excursion, tickets to a concert, or outdoor adventure at any skill level.
The Inn is available for meeting/seminars from the end of October through mid June. |

We serve a bountiful, heart healthy, buffet breakfast with one hot entree each day. Afternoon refreshments are available as is a guest pantry area for food and beverage storage. When notified in advance, we try to accommodate dietary restrictions.
A full breakfast with home-made baked goods is served in our dining room either at individual tables or communally at an antique farm table from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. |
