A 3 consecutive night minimum is required for all reservations. Leases of up to 12 months can be arranged.
Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Money Orders or Cash. We can also arrange direct bill with corporate accounts.
We do not hold reservations without a deposit. We take 50% of the rental charge as deposit with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds: The deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented.
