Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 10:00am Cancellations 90-days prior to date of arrival will receive a full refund less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to date of stay will only receive this refund if the same dates are rebooked. If the dates are not rebooked, 50% of the rental rate plus any deposit and cleaning fees paid will be refunded, less the $50 administrative fee. A deposit for 50% of the rental fee plus a $300-$500 refundable damage deposit (depending on number of guests) is due at the time of reservation. No smoking, No pets.

Home is a self-catering, well-appointed kitchen, furnished 3-bedroom house with a 2-car garage, large back deck with a 2-3 person swing, patio table/chairs and large back yard. All bedrooms have luxury linens. 3 bedrooms include king, queen and twin beds (sleep 5), plus sleeping space for up to 4 more guests in a queen and 2 twin futons in the loft and living room.

The home is artfully decorated, with a fully-appointed kitchen and a dining room that can be arranged to accommodate anywhere from 2 to 8 persons. Upstairs you'll find a relaxing sunroom where you can take in spectacular views or settle in with a favorite book. Laundry facilities in 2-car garage. Gas barbecue on large back deck. The 3 bedrooms include a king, a queen and a twin bed, and together the livingroom and sunroom have 3 additional futons, including one queen and two chaise twins. The beds are either aspen log or oak 4-post framed with pillow top mattresses, and the futons are all completed with plush 8-inch thick mattresses. All sleeping arrangements are finished with high-quality linens, including down comforters, fleece blankets, and quilts, and either flannel or sateen sheets depending on the season.
