| Looking for a quiet, romantic get-a-way? Or maybe a beautiful place for your wedding, reunion, party or business conference? Our 7 beautiful private suites offer you a great place to stay for your vacation, honeymoon, or weekend in the Texas Hill Country!
We're in the heart of the Texas Hill Country where you can enjoy a picnic in one of our parks, tubing in the sparkling Medina River, shopping for antiques, or enjoying the country nightlife with great restaurants and saloons.
Amenities: each room includes refrigerator, microwave and coffee makers, televisions with cable, outdoor and indoor games.
Centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, the mansion was built in the late 1800's by the H.H. Carmichael family as their private residence. Later owned and resided in by Dr. and Mrs. J.O. Butler who was a well know physician in the Bandera region recording in excess of 800 deliveries.
Our beautiful two-story limestone mansion is located on approximately 3 acres of stately hackberry and liveoak trees. Quiet and peaceful, yet one block off Main St., downtown Bandera, where you can experience antique shopping, local restaurants, the sparkling Medina River, and the legendary Bandera night life.
We offer seven distinctly different large suites, each having it's own private bath and entrance.
So if you're looking for a quiet getaway, or planning a corporate retreat or romantic honeymoon or anniversary, The Historic Mansion in Bandera should be your destination.
The Mansion in Bandera Bed and Breakfast invites you to indulge your senses with an evening of fine dining at our turn of the century mansion.
Award winning chef Cooper Barnett will treat you to five courses of gourmet cutting edge cuisine that will leave you breathless.
Smell the coffee brewing and listen to the morning sounds of the Hill Country wildlife while sitting under the shade of the old oak trees in the back yard garden. While you peacefully wake up, Chef Cooper Barnett will prepare a gourmet breakfast that is indescribable.
The Country Kitchen, better known as the Sit-N-Bull Lodge is open 24 hours for complimentary refreshments and conversation. |
