There is an additional charge for early or late check in/check out.
A 50% charge to your credit card is required to make a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Please bring your credit card to the front office.
Cancellations
a. 14 day advance notification and 60 days for holidays and special events.
b. A reservation cancelled before the 14 days will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.
c. The full cost of the room will be charged if reservations are not canceled per policy
or if guest is a No-Show.
A 2 night minimum stay may be required at high season or holidays. (2 night minimum is waived within 7 days of the stay.) |

| Gathering Space. The Van Cleave room is a beautiful log, wood and stone room at 26’ x 18’ in size, this room will hold 65 guests reception style. The back patio and front patio can accommodate overflow during the warm season. There is high speed wireless, flat screen television, DVD, great cell phone reception and a large fireplace. The main kitchen is attached to have meals catered in. With nine suites, some 2 bedroom, it can be a wonderful change to your typical business conference. |
